Conditioning is a behavioral process whereby a response becomes more frequent or more predictable in a given environment as a result of reinforcement, with reinforcement typically being a stimulus or reward for a desired response (Definition in physiology). e.g

Whistling every time before feeding a dog, will make the dog think that whistling has somethng to do with food, and so this means that every time a person whistles the dog will think food is on the way.Well, I hope we are now on the same page about the word ‘Conditioning.’
Well let’s get to the main reason for this note and it’s Genesis.Well back in the age (May be 9 years ago, timeline not important), Mini-Skirts, sorry I know less bout them but today lets pick it from Hipstars (those tight trouser that shows the anatomy of ladies from the posterior, smtyms some men) came in to the country and all we had was a long critic and how ‘sinful’ it is to wear them especially for ladies since they make the male counterpart ‘fall.’
The debate went on that it wasn’t even good for a lady to wear a trouser to a sanctuary (Am referring to Church so that you dont get lost). Many things were said, Preacher preached, Teachers (of the Word of God) taught, Pastors paste the word in peoples mind, (Paste, Really??? But that is none of my Business), Reverends Raved, Sorry am Not sure what Reverends do, but they all in unison (If am not wrong) spoke bad about it.
That wasn’t the Genesis of it all though, ‘The Trend’ not Larry Madowo’s Show on (NTV every Friday) though but the Trendinalia of smthing called Fashion was the cause of it all. Fashion came to make a statement and for real it has made it. Every one want to be seen with what is trending, What causes smthn to Trend is: It’s talked about in a certain region/country, etc. After all the noise (Not really noise but piece of mind) by Pastors, Parents, etc, still the ladies wore the damn hipstars and with our pure minds as men criticized it yet we love the view of the anatomy (I wasn’t serious with my Faith then) but sm went extreme. This are the things that get to our brains as men that we later talk about (Not a must we talk about them) instead of thinking about noble stuff the Phillipians 4:8 way Months later the criticism went down and we embraced the damn hipstars, sorry, not embrace, we got conditioned to the view and forgot about it all and even saw them in church one by one and now almost every one (Ladies) wear them to the Sanctuary unnoticed (As long as it it not extreme).
This made the ladies realize that what brought attention to the didn’t bring the attention to them anymo’ so it became a competition of who’ll wear the tightest, (Am fringing my face wish you could see my baboon like shrinked face writing this), so wea was I? OK, I got it, Tightest, lemmie just leave it thea.
That seemed not enuf MEN ARE FUNNY CREATURES, well I’m one of them, we get Conditioned to things easily for we see this things like a hundred times in a day, God Forgive us, sorry me.
But of of course, it is none of our business, you want to say. If your Spirit is alive (If am speaking to a Christian Man and Lady out there you know what I mean by spirit) there’s no way some things will ever get Conditioned or let sm things to your system and settle as if nothing happened. Same as sin, the first time one live with guilt, the second time it isn’t a big deal, third time, it isn’t a bigger deal and by the fourth time, you CONSCIENCE is DEAD and my brother/Sister your are as good as Dead, am speaking to me too, don’t think you are alone.
I’ve always said that wachana na hiyo coz tutazoea tu (Leave that alone, we’ll get use to it), We could be in the same boat of saying the same but today let’s put this to rest.
We’ve killed our conscience everyday we allow ourselves to be CONDITIONED TO THE PATTERN OF THIS WORLD the Rom 12.2
I pray that that we may be the remnants, a Generation called by the High and Exalted King, the one who is Jealous, (The I Know we are used to saying God is Loving so as to take advantage of His Love) But to remind you that The Jealous One above sees everything you do and can do what Pleases Him for His Glory just like the Descendants of Shem Building the Tower of Babel Genesis 11:7.
